베트남 여행 중 꼭 한 번 맛봐야 할 길거리 음식 중 하나가 바로 반 콧(Bánh Khọt)

반 콧은 쌀가루와 코코넛 밀크를 반죽해 작은 팬에 노릇하게 구워낸 미니 팬케이크. 겉은 바삭하고 속은 쫀득한 식감이 매력적이며, 새우나 녹두, 땅콩 등을 올려 고소한 풍미를 더한다.

사진처럼 새우를 올린 반 콧은 탱글탱글한 새우의 식감과 고소한 반죽이 잘 어우러지고, 녹두와 땅콩을 올린 반 콧은 담백하면서도 고소한 맛을 즐길 수 있다.

One of the must-try street foods in Vietnam is Bánh Khọt, a delicious mini savory pancake.

Made from rice flour and coconut milk, these small pancakes are cooked until crispy on the outside while remaining soft and chewy inside. They are commonly topped with fresh shrimp, mung beans, peanuts, and scallion oil.
