푸켓에서 가장 인기 있는 섬 투어는 피피섬(Phi Phi Islands), 카이섬(Khai Islands), 뱀부섬(Bamboo Island)을 하루에 둘러보는 스피드보트 투어다.

피피섬(Phi Phi Islands)은 에메랄드빛 바다와 거대한 석회암 절벽이 어우러진 태국 대표 휴양지다. 영화 더 비치(The Beach)의 촬영지인 마야베이(Maya Bay)로도 유명하며, 스노클링과 다이빙 명소로 사랑받고 있다.

카이섬(Khai Islands)은 얕고 투명한 바다 덕분에 가족 여행객과 초보 스노클러에게 인기가 많은 작은 섬이다. 형형색색의 열대어를 가까이에서 만날 수 있다.

뱀부섬(Bamboo Island)은 국립공원에 속한 무인도로, 새하얀 백사장과 맑은 바다가 펼쳐져 있어 휴식과 스노클링을 즐기기에 좋은 곳이다.

대부분의 투어는 푸켓에서 출발하며, 피피섬–마야베이–필레 라군–바이킹 동굴–뱀부섬 또는 카이섬을 하루 일정으로 둘러본다.
