빈투이 고택(Bình Thủy Ancient House)은 껀터를 대표하는 문화유산으로, 1870년에 건립되어 1911년 프랑스식으로 개축된 역사적인 저택이다. 프랑스 식민지 시대 건축과 베트남 전통 가옥의 아름다움이 조화를 이루며, 영화 《연인(The Lover)》의 촬영지로도 유명하다. 잘 가꿔진 정원과 고풍스러운 실내 장식 덕분에 껀터에서 꼭 방문해야 할 명소로 손꼽힌다.

Bình Thủy Ancient House is one of Can Tho's most famous heritage sites. Originally built in 1870 and renovated in 1911 with French colonial influences, it beautifully blends Vietnamese and European architecture. The house became internationally known as a filming location for The Lover (1992) and remains a popular destination for visitors interested in history, architecture, and photography.
