부탄 팀부(Thimphu)
부탄의 수도 팀부(Thimphu)는 세계에서 유일하게 신호등이 없는 수도로 알려져 있으며, 전통과 현대가 조화를 이루는 매력적인 도시다. 히말라야 산맥에 둘러싸인 해발 약 2,300m에 위치해 연중 시원한 기후를 자랑하며, 부탄의 정치·경제·문화의 중심지 역할을 하고 있다.
웅장한 타시초 종(Tashichho Dzong), 세계에서 가장 큰 좌불상 중 하나인 부다 도르덴마(Buddha Dordenma), 그리고 현지인들이 자주 찾는 메모리얼 초르텐(Memorial Chorten) 등이 있다. 또한 전통시장과 카페를 둘러보며 부탄 사람들의 여유로운 일상을 경험할 수 있다.
